Ntegra – The Platform System:
NT-MDT has developed a modular system where a core scanner, controller and software interface are integrated into application-specific system designs. Here is a list of the Ntegra platform systems:
Prima - a full-featured, high-performance, SPM system with "all the modes."
The closed-loop, low-noise, HRV scanner head forms the core of all other Ntegra models.
Spectra - state-of-the-art, SPM-based Raman microscopy, combining AFM & confocal platforms. Spectra provides an optimized system for TERS methods, giving you the highest possible resolution in Raman images in a commercially available system.
Solaris - SNOM system combines three microscopy techniques, including optical & AFM. SNOM methods use reflection or transmission modes with shear-force feedback.
Therma - PID heated sample staging with drift-compensated scanning for lowest thermal drift.
Maximus - large-sample staging also supporting automated multiple scans for routine analysis
Vita - adaptable to an inverted light microscope, for superior results in life science applications.
Aura - low vacuum chambered AFM system offering precise environmental control.
Tomo - the novel combination of ultramicrotome and in-situ AFM, for freshly cut polymer images
Smena - a stand-alone unit that uses the core scanner technology of the Prima system.
Solver Pro M - a high-resolution, AFM system, supporting high-frequency AC mode.
