Xidex’s NanoBot™ NX-1000 nanomanipulator is designed for use inside a scanning electron microscope (SEM) or focused ion beam (FIB) tool. The product package includes a nanomanipulator, vacuum feedthrough, mounting bracket customized to your SEM or FIB, low-noise coaxial/triaxial electrical cables, a compact desk top module that includes the controller, power supply and digital acquisition (DAQ)board, a joystick, and the LabVIEW™ user interface ready for installation on your PC or laptop running Windows XP or later.

The NanoBot also comes in a 2-probe configuration.
